Ceiling upholstery

The upholstery of 7 (fig. 8.23) of a ceiling of the car represents a suspended welded design from a PVC film on wire arches.
1. Remove a sealant of apertures of doors, previously having removed facing of thresholds.
2. Remove a windshield and glasses of a sidewall.
3. Remove sun-protection peaks.
4. Remove hand-rail.
5. Remove a plafond.
6. Remove an upholstery of racks.
7. Remove an upholstery, having unstuck a film from a body and having taken out arches from openings.
8. Establish a ceiling upholstery upside-down.

Upholstery of racks
The upholstery of racks represents panels from ABS+PVH film. The upholstery 1 (see fig. 8.23) a forward rack is executed with partial filling by polyurethane foam, and on an upholstery of the 9th rack of a back laying from a penopolietilen is glued. For removal of an upholstery of racks of a body (poses. 1, 4, 6, 8, 9) previously dismantle: dashboard, arms of the shelf of a luggage carrier, facing of thresholds, top points of fastening of seat belts, sealant of apertures of doors, windshield and glass of a sidewall. After that remove an upholstery of racks.

Sidewall upholstery
The upholstery 2 (see fig. 8.23) sidewalls represents a cast plastic detail with the noise isolation fixed on it by paper clips.
For removal of an upholstery of a sidewall remove the dashboard and the socket, then the screw-driver turn percussion caps 3 so that vents rose vertically, and remove a sidewall upholstery with percussion caps.

Upholstery of a floor and rug of a luggage carrier

The upholstery of a floor (fig. 8.24) is the carpet fixed on a body by facing of thresholds.
1. Remove front seats and a pillow of a back seat.
2. Remove elements of fastening of seat belts to a floor and thresholds.
3. Remove facing of thresholds.
4. Remove a floor tunnel casing with a slip, having taken out previously an ashtray.
5. Remove an air duct.
6. Remove the dashboard.
7. Remove a heater.
8. Unbend languages on a board of a front and remove carpets.
9. Establish carpets upside-down.
10. For removal of a rug of a luggage carrier cast away backs of a back seat forward, remove levels and percussion caps of fastenings on backs and on a floor, then take out a luggage carrier rug from a body. Establish a rug upside-down.

The upholstery of a luggage carrier (fig. 8.25) represents a set of the cast plastic facing details fixed on a body and covered from above with the shelf of a luggage carrier.
1. Remove cords of the shelf of a luggage carrier from holders on a door and take out the shelf from a body.
2. Remove backs of a back seat and a rug of a luggage carrier.
3. Hooking the screw-driver a slip 4 (see fig. 8.23) a back rack, bring percussion caps (6 pieces) out of gearing and remove a slip.
4. Unscrew eight screws and remove arms 3 and 16 (see fig. 8.25) regiments of a luggage carrier, previously having disconnected from network of dynamics.
5. Uncover a back upholstery.
6. Unbend the uvulas on a body floor holding a back upholstery.
7. Accurately hooking the screw-driver for a back upholstery, bring percussion caps out of gearing and remove an upholstery.
8. Turn off overlays of a side emphasis of a door of a back and remove springs from axes of seatbacks.
9. Remove an upholstery of walls of a luggage carrier.
10. Establish a luggage carrier upholstery upside-down.

Noise isolation of a board of a front and floor
The noise isolation of a board of a front and floor consists of the noise-attenuating panels withheld by floor carpets, details of an interior and in a forward part the bent uvulas of the welded holders.
For removal of a noise isolation remove carpets, unbend uvulas and take out details from a body.

The upholstery of doors (fig. 8.26, 8.27) represents a set of the facing details attached to a door by screws and percussion caps.
Upholstery of a forward door
1. Remove the window regulator handle.
2. Remove facing of the handle of the drive of the lock of a door.
3. Remove the handle of a rear-view mirror on a door.
4. Unscrew two screws 9 and remove an armrest 4 (see fig. 8.26).
5. Unscrew two screws 5 in the lower part of a pocket 2.
6. Accurately hooking the screw-driver for the bottom back corner of an upholstery 3, remove a percussion cap 11 of gearing and remove an upholstery from a door.
7. Unscrew three screws 12 in the lower part of a slip 1.
8. Establish by the screw-driver of vents of a percussion cap of fastening of an angular slip 13 horizontally and remove it.
9. Lifting a slip 1 up, bring it out of gearing with holders 10 and remove from a door.
Upholstery of a back door
1. Remove the window regulator handle.
2. Remove facing of the handle of the drive of the lock of a door.

3. Unscrew two screws 6 (see fig. 8.27) and remove an armrest 4.
4. Accurately hooking the screw-driver for the lower part of the panel of an upholstery 1, bring percussion caps out of gearing and remove the panel.
5. Establish by the screw-driver horizontally of vents of a percussion cap of the 8th fastening of an angular slip 7; hooking the screw-driver for the top part of a slip, bring a hook out of an opening and remove a slip.
6. Unscrew two screws 3 in the lower part of a slip 2 and, lifting a slip up, remove it.
7. Establish an upholstery upside-down.
