Steering of rack type with a cardan steering in bulk (fig. 5.1 and 5.2). In inflows of a case 13 (see fig. 5.2) the steering mechanism on roller 11 and ball 2 bearings the driving gear wheel 1 which is in gearing with a lath 14 is established. One end the lath is drawn in to a gear wheel by a spring 9 through a ceramic-metal emphasis 10. The spring rests against a nut 7 with a lock lock-nut 8. Other end the lath leans on the plug 12 which the rubber ring is put on. From longitudinal movement the plug is fixed by a persistent ring 15. The ball bearing of a gear wheel on a shaft is stopped by a persistent ring 3, and to a nest of a case is drawn in by a nut 4 with a sealing cuff 5. The nut is stopped in a case kerneniy in four points and closed by the protective cap 6 got on a shaft of a driving gear wheel. On a case of the steering mechanism and on a protective cap tags for the correct assembly of the steering mechanism are executed. From the left and right side of a case of the steering mechanism protective covers 17 which fasten on a case by means of a collar 16 and the screw 36, and on spherical draft — a ring 23 are put on. Spherical draft connects to a lath through a zavaltsovanny tip 19 in which two inserts 21 and 22, a persistent ring 20 are established. The tip is screwed in a lath and stopped by a washer 18.
The lath course in both parties is limited to the tip resting through a lock washer 18 against a case of the steering mechanism.
Shlitsevy part of a gear wheel 1 is connected by a bolt 7 (see fig. 5.1) to a fork of the lower hinge 6, and the top fork of the lower hinge is connected by a bolt 7 to an intermediate shaft 9. The top hinge is connected by one end to the elastic coupling of an intermediate shaft 9, and is welded by other end on a steering shaft 16.
The steering shaft leans on two ball radial bearings 15 which are in a pipe of the steering column 49 which is rigidly attached to an arm of pedals. On the top end of a shaft on vents the 33rd steering wheel 30 fastens a nut.
The steering drive consists of two horizontal drafts 24 (see fig. 5.2) and the rotary levers executed for a single whole with a fist of a forward suspension bracket. Length of each draft changes due to rotation of spherical draft 24 which is screwed or unscrewed from a tip of the 26th draft and is fixed by a nut 25.
In a head of a tip of draft details of the spherical hinge are located: external 21 and lower 31 inserts, spherical finger 28, spring 32, cap 33. The protective cover of the 30th spherical finger 28 fastens rings 29 and 34.
